Finally, the grill is up and running!

For the next couple of days we will be grilling up our Korean marinated chicken, but on Sunday, we will also grill up our Citrus Lime Marinade.

The last few days have been pretty bad with employee problems… On Monday of days one cook decides not to show up because his finger hurt and he was stressed thinking about his finger and how sick his dad is.  (Ok, dad being sick is one thing… but thinking about a hurt finger?!?)

 

The same day, my cashier came into work even though he was bit by his dogs!!  He was still bleeding when he got here.  Now that’s dedication!  It’s just too bad that one of the cooks got really sick.  He should get better soon and I’ll be praying for the guy…
