We started grilling our chicken and short rib on the BBQ grills today!  (Well, the chicken has been going for a few days now.)

Wow, it’s a lot of work trying to get the freak’n fire going…  We are using a mesquite charcoal which has a very nice flavor but difficult to light.  The worst part is getting getting all the smoke in your eyes and inhaling some of it.  I’m a bit used grilling so I know how to “breath”, but our new grill master is trying to get used to it.  He’s telling me that he plans to get a “gas mask” when he grills.  (Uhmm… I hope it’s not as bad as I’m picturing the thing…)
